SHIPPING


Once orders are processed, we do our best to ship them within 2 business days. Shipping times vary from 2-10 business days, depending on the product. All media mail (music) takes up to 10 business days to be delivered. We are unable to provide transit times for international orders. We always mark the accurate value for international orders, and will not mark items as "gift" as that is against the law. 

In the event that your package is returned to us for any reason, we will notify you via email. If you have entered incorrect shipping information and do not notify us before your order ships and your order is returned to us, we will contact you via email. If we don't hear back from you with 2 weeks, the returned item(s) will be entered back into stock and you will be refunded for the item(s), less the shipping and transaction fees. 

 

RETURN POLICY


If you are unhappy with your item(s), we can offer you a refund, less the shipping. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn and undamaged. All items must pass inspection before a refund is issued. You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning your item(s). Please email support@merchcave.com with your name, order number, and proof of purchase if you are interested in returning your merchandise.

 

EXCHANGES


Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges, but you may contact us about returning your item(s) by emailing your name, order number, and proof of purchase to support@merchcave.com. Assuming the items are unworn, undamaged, and pass inspection, you are welcome to order the item you would like instead at any time. Please note that you are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning your items and all return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

 

PREORDERS


All preorders will be shipped by the date specified in the product description. If you have purchased other items with a preorder, please note that those items will be shipped with the preorder, by the date specified in the product description.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS


MerchCave is not responsible for items damaged in transit. We always do our best to package each item carefully and securely, but cannot guarantee that items will be handled properly once they leave our facility. In the event that your package is lost in the mail, please contact support@merchcave.com with your order name, number, and tracking number.
